South Bridge

The South Bridge. To the right, the South Decumanus runs east to a 73m bridge which led to the town wall and residential quarter of Gerasa. Most of this is now buried under modern Jerash, with the exception of the East Baths, which can be seen across the modern road to the left of the mosque.
